Frequently asked questions
How much access to the site do you need?
As much space as you can get. Our delivery team are highly experienced, but if you can clear the area of other obstacles during the delivery window we really appreciate it. Remember that trees and shrubs that overhang or obstruct may need to be trimmed.
Are your trailers accessible from both sides? If not, why not?
Although our toilets are only accessible from one side, our genius technical team have fitted towbars to both ends of the trailer so they can be manoeuvred into almost any position.
Do you need a water supply for the toilets?
No, our luxury toilet trailer units are completely self-contained and come with their own tank of fresh water.
Do your toilets need an electricity supply?
Yes, our luxury toilet units require a standard 13-amp electricity supply – this is basically access to a standard plug socket. This can be taken from any outdoor plug, outbuilding or event an electricity generator.
What do your luxury toilets come with?
We supply your toilet unit with paper and hand towels, as well as hand wash and hand lotion (subject to availability) Any other items required need to be provided by the hirer. We also have display flowers, music and automatic air fresheners.
Do I need to supply any sort of drainage or sewage outlet for the toilets?
No. All our units are self-contained therefore we do not need any drainage facilities on the site of your party or event.
How much does it cost to hire your luxury toilet units?
This depends on how many people you have coming and what size unit you require and the location of your event. Please contact us for a highly competitive quotation for luxury toilet hire across Essex, Suffolk and the east of England.

What about power cables?
We will supply the event with all the electricity cables that are required for the installation of the luxury toilets for the duration of your event.
Can the toilet units go on any site?
The luxury toilet unit you hire should be placed on a reasonably flat area due to the tanks of water underneath. This can be on concrete, tarmac, gravel, or even grass. If your site where your event is being held is grass the units are quite heavy so you should anticipate some damage where the unit stands, especially in rainy conditions.
When will the toilets be delivered and collected?
We usually deliver the units the 1–2 days before your event and collect them the day after your event, all at times pre-arranged with you. All delivery and collection times can be discussed and finalised in the weeks leading up to your event.
Do your Supreme Luxury Toilet units smell at all?
No. All our luxury toilet units contain air fresheners and the chemicals used within each unit ensure no unpleasant smells affect your party!
Do you have a disabled unit?
We do not have our own disabled toilet unit but we can arrange for the hire of one for you - please ask at time of booking.
When do you require payment?
We require a holding deposit of £150 to confirm your reservation. The balance is required on or just before your event.
